Our Proven Employment Support Process

Assessment & Employment Planning

Our process starts the moment we receive a referral. We begin by evaluating each individual’s abilities, employment interests, support needs, and career goals to develop a personalized supported employment plan.

Job Placement Assistance

Participants receive guidance in identifying suitable job opportunities within the community that align with their strengths and employment goals.

Workplace Coaching & Support

Our disability employment services include job coaching, workplace support, and skill reinforcement to help individuals succeed and maintain long-term employment.

Progress Review & Documentation

Progress notes are entered into the individual’s record no later than five working days from the provision of services. Documentation includes intervention strategies used by staff and the individual’s response to those interventions.
