Our process starts the moment we receive a referral. We begin by evaluating each student’s strengths, interests, support needs, and future goals to develop a personalized transition plan for life after high school.

Progress Review & Documentation

Progress notes are entered into the individual’s record no later than seven working days from the provision of services. Documentation includes intervention strategies used by staff and the individual’s response to those interventions.
