Our Proven Training Process

We begin by evaluating each individual’s strengths, support needs, and personal development goals to create a customized adult day habilitation plan.

Participants engage in guided activities designed to strengthen daily living, social interaction, and personal responsibility skills.

Our community engagement services incorporate supervised outings and participation throughout, when appropriate and aligned with the individual’s goals.

Progress notes are entered into the individual’s record no later than seven working days from the provision of services. Documentation includes intervention strategies used by staff and the individual’s response to those interventions.
