		WCDC Michael K. Andrew, PhD. Dr. Andrew had been with the organization since 1980 and is the WCDC, Inc. President.
		WCDC Carolyn Schmidt is the Vice President of Business Practices and has been with the organization for 29 years. Carolyn is the accountant and oversees Human Resources, cost reports, and funding with counties & state.
		Advance Employment Tammy R. Burlingame is V.P. of Community Employment. She has an A.S. in Rehabilitation Specialists from Iowa Lakes Community College. She has been employed at WCDC since 1983 and oversees the community employment services.
		Advance Community Services Angie Guengerich is V.P. of Supported Community Living. Angie is RA certified and a DHS family certified facilitator. She has been employed with WCDC since 2000.
		WCDC Home and Family Services Beth Widmer Voss, MA, CRC, LMHC, has been with WCDC since 2001. She is Vice President of Home Family Services and oversees the family and home services and provides clinical therapy to individuals.
		WCDC Renee Pfeifer is V.P. of Facility Operations. She is in charge of the Work Activity Programs, Day Habilitation Services and Community Integration. She has been with the agency since 1999.
